TORTA SBRISOLONA (ITALIAN ALMOND CRUMB CAKE)

Torta Sbrisolona is a traditional Italian crumb cake that originated in Northern Italy. This classic dessert is similar to an almond crumble cake and is delicious served with coffee, tea, or dessert wine. 

Ingredient

– 2 cups almond flour – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1 cup granulated sugar – 1 cup cold butter, diced – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Direction

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Combine almond flour, all-purpose flour, and sugar in a bowl.
