The Best Banana Mini Muffins Recipe 

Banana mini muffins are just like banana bread, just smaller! Simple ingredients make these banana mini muffins easy to create.   

– 1½ cups all purpose flour – 1 tsp baking powder – ¼ teaspoon baking soda – ¼ teaspoon salt – 1 cup mashed banana  – ½ cup granulated sugar – ¼ cup maple syrup – 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted – 1 large egg  – 1 tsp vanilla extract



Heat the oven to 375 F. Lightly butter a 24-cup mini muffin pan. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.  


Mix the mashed banana, sugar, maple syrup, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.   


The dry ingredients should be well mixed with the wet without flour. Fill each mini muffin well with banana mini muffin batter using a tablespoon-sized cookie scoop.  


Bake the muffins until the edges are lightly brown and the tops spring back when lightly touched, 12-14 minutes.   


After 15 minutes, let the muffins cool in the pan. Take them out of the pan gently and savour!
