Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas Recipe

You can make this quick and easy Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas recipe that is great for the whole family.  

– 4 medium chicken breast – 1 red bell pepper – 1 green bell pepper – 1 yellow bell pepper – 1 orange bell pepper – 1 large red onion – 2 teaspoons garlic powder – 2 teaspoons ground cumin – 1 teaspoon dried oregano – 1/2 teaspoon paprika – 1 teaspoon chili powder – 1/4 cup olive oil, divided – Tortillas, guacamole, salsa and cheese, for serving


Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare two baking sheets with parchment.  

Step 1


Cut the chicken into 1/2-inch pieces and place in a medium basin. Cut the peppers and onions into 1/2-inch pieces and place in another medium bowl.  

Step 2

Mix garlic powder, crushed cumin, dried oregano, paprika, chili powder, 2 tsp kosher salt, and ½ tsp pepper in a small Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil over the chicken and add half the spice.   

Step 3

Toss well. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil and spice to the vegetables and stir. Divide chicken and vegetables among sheet trays. Bake chicken for 20–25 minutes until done.  

Step 4

Serve the fajitas with tortillas, guacamole, salsa, cheese, and sour cream after removing the baking sheet from the oven.
