Mini Pancakes Recipe Learn under Expert Guide

– 1½ cups all purpose flour – 2 tbsp granulated sugar – 1½ tsp baking powder – ½ tsp baking soda – ¼ tsp salt – 1 large egg  – 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted – 1½ cups milk – 2 tsp lemon juice – 1 tsp vanilla extract



Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a basin and mix thoroughly.  


Mix the egg in another basin. Add melted butter, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.  


Whisk wet and dry ingredients until barely blended with lumps. Do not overmix pancake batter. Add micro chocolate chips immediately.  


Heat butter in a skillet. Drop a generous teaspoon of micro fluffy pancake batter onto the hot griddle. Strive for 5-6 tiny pancakes each skillet.
