Marshmallow Brownies Recipe

These marshmallow brownies are chocolate brownies with chocolate chips that are really fudgy. There are swirls of marshmallow fluff on top of it.

Ingredient

– 2 cups White granulated sugar – 3 Large egg – 1 Egg yplk – ½ cup Unsalted butter melted – 2 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – ½ cup Oil canola or vegetable – ¾ cup All-purpose flour – 1 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder Use dutch process cocoa powder – 1 ½ tablespoon Cornstarch – ½ teaspoon Salt – 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chip – 1 cup Marshmallow creme

Direction

Heat the oven to 325°F. Spray a 9x9 baking pan with nonstick spray. Line the pan bottom and sides with parchment paper and spray again.

Mix the flour, cocoa powder, and cornstarch in a medium-sized bowl by sifting them together. Put the salt aside after adding it.

Beat sugar, eggs, and egg yolk on high for 5 minutes in a mixer with a whisk attachment. A faint color will result. Melt butter in the microwave and chill while that mixes.

Mix oil, melted butter, and vanilla on low until mixed. Add dry ingredients and mix on low until mixed. Add chocolate chunks and fold with a rubber spatula.

Pour brownie batter in pan. Melt marshmallow fluff in microwave for 20-30 seconds and stir. Drop 1 teaspoon marshmallow fluff on brownie batter. Swirl marshmallow fluff lightly with a butter knife.

Bake 45-55 minutes. It is done baking when a toothpick inserted is slightly moist. If batter pours out, bake for 5 more minutes.Totally cool on a cooling rack before cutting and serving.
