ITALIAN LEMON OLIVE OIL CAKE (EASY MOIST RECIPE)

– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 cup granulated sugar – 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil – 3 large egg – 1/2 cup milk – Zest of 2 lemon – Juice of 1 lemon – 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
