ITALIAN CREPES RECIPE | CRESPELLE

Italian Crepes, also known as "crespelle" are a simple and delicious crepe that can be served either savory or sweet. Easy to make and perfect for manicotti or dessert. 

Ingredient

– 1 cup all-purpose flour – 2 egg – 1 1/4 cups milk – 2 tablespoons melted butter – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1 tablespoon sugar (optional) – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Direction

Mix 1 cup flour, 2 eggs, 1 1/4 cups milk, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.

Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
