How to Make Chocolate Oreo Pancakes Recipe

Oreo Pancakes are the perfect morning cookie—sweet, fluffy, chocolaty, and topped with rich cream. Like sweets and pancakes? Try Oreo pancakes with whipped cream and cookie crumbs. This pancake breakfast is one of my favorites. 

Ingredient

– 1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour – 1/4cupdark cocoa powderunsweetened – 1/2cupgranulated sugar – 2teaspoonbaking powder – 1 1/4cupwhole milk – 1large eggroom temperature – 2tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted - plus more for the pan – 10Oreo – PinchKosher salt – 1 1/2cupsheavy whipping creamcold – Crushed Oreosfor serving – Chocolate Saucefor serving

Break up the Oreos into pieces. Put the cookie in a food processor. In a medium bowl, put the cream. Pulse cookies to cut them up, not make crumbs.

Before you fill the bowl with cream, add the cold whipped cream and beat it until stiff peaks form. Store the blend in the fridge until you're ready to use it.

Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl. Mix milk, egg, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Next, incorporate the wet and dry components without overmixing.

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Put 1/4 cup pancake batter in pan. Flip and cook another 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear.

Put chocolate pancakes on a plate and top them with whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and a chocolate sauce.
