Ferrero Rocher Cake Recipe

A layered chocolate cake, this Nutella cake is a chocolate cake. Nutella icing and Ferrero Rocher truffles that have been cut up are stuffed into it.

Ingredient

– 2 ½ cups All-purpose flour – 1 ¾ cup White granulated sugar – 1 cup Unsweetened cocoa poweder use dutch process for best result – 2 ½ teaspoon Baking powder – 1 ½ teaspoon Baking soda – 1 teaspoon Salt – ¾ cup Oil canola or vegetable – 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – 4 Large eggs room temperature – 1 cup Buttermilk room temperature – 1 cup Hot water steaming – 2 cups Unsalted butter leave on the counter for 1 hour – ½ cup Nutella – 5 cups Powdered sugar sifted – ½ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder – ¾ teaspoon Salt – 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – ½ cup Heavy cream – 1 package of Ferrero Rocher chopped. Freeze until firm before chopping – 1 package of Ferrero Rocher optional for decoration

Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray three 8-inch cake pans with nonstick. Spray again and line bottoms with 8-inch parchment circles.In a large bowl, sift flour and cocoa. Stir in sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt.

Heat water on the burner till flowing. In another basin, combine oil, vanilla, eggs, and buttermilk. Slowly add hot water. It should be added gently to avoid cooking eggs.

Just combine wet and dry ingredients. Fill three cake pans evenly with batter.Bake cakes 25–28 minutes. Bake until toothpick comes out clean.Rest cakes in hot pans for 10 minutes. Finish chilling on a rack.

Left butter on counter for hour. Soften but not to room temperature. Sift sugar and cocoa into a large bowl.Mix butter and nutella for 3 minutes on high. Next, slowly add powdered sugar/cocoa powder.

Mix heavy cream, vanilla, and salt on high speed until foamy.One Ferrero Rocher package should be frozen for 15-20 minutes until solid. Cut up.Cake domes may be removed with a serrated knife or cake leveler. Ice your decorative board.

Put the first cake layer down. Frost cake with 1 cup icing. Pipe a cake-edge frosting border. Put half the truffles in.Repeat layer 2. Lay the final cake layer with the bottom up.

Cover the cake with light icing. Set frosting by freezing for 15 minutes.Finish frosting the cake. Extra Ferrero Rochers on top.
