Easy Creamy Avocado Dip

This creamy, flavorful Avocado Dip will become your new favorite low-calorie snack! It's delicious and easy to make in 5 minutes.

– 2 large ripe avocado – ½ cup plain greek yogurt unsweetened – 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice – Salt  – Black pepper – ½ teaspoon onion powder – ½ teaspoon fresh garlic  – ½ to 1 teaspoon jalapeno seeds removed  – 2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leave – a dash of olive oil



Mix everything in a blender or mini food processor. Pulse to desired consistency.

A handheld blender is simpler and cleaner. Crema should be thick but spreadable, but you can thin it with cold water and olive oil.
