Agua De València Recipe

Spanish cocktails like Agua de València include fresh orange juice, cava, vodka, and gin. It tastes like springtime Spain with its delicious mimosa-sangria blend. 

Ingredient

– 7 medium oranges, such as Valencia, cara cara, or blood oranges  – 2 cups Brut Cava (Spanish sparkling wine) – ½ cup vodka – ½ cup gin

Direction

Reserve 1 orange for garnish. Juice the remaining oranges for 2 cups. Sieve orange juice to eliminate pulp for a smoother sip.

Pour orange juice, cava, vodka, and gin into a large pitcher and mix gently.Refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour before serving.

Slice the preserved orange into small rounds or garnish with thin orange peel strips using a vegetable peeler or citrus zester. Fill big wine glasses with ice and Agua de València. Add orange slices or twists and enjoy.
